Welcome to the world of Forever Art Tattoo & Piercings. We have over 50 years of combined experience and specialize in "Crazy and Extreme" Cover Ups. Let's face it; these tattoos are on your body for life! You want them to look as good as they possibly can. That is why you should go to a reputable shop that has a good reputation, not a house party or a so-called tattoo parlor working out of someone's garage.
Making our customers happy is our main priority. If it wasn't for our clients, we would not be in business. We try to make sure that everyone that leaves is extremely happy with everything that they get from us. That is why we do FREE lifetime touch-ups on all our work (so long as the artist you received the tattoo from is still working with us).
We have a very comfortable waiting room where you can come in and watch TV while you wait. For the first timers, don't be afraid to ask questions. Our staff is here to help you feel as comfortable as possible before you receive your new tattoo or piercing. We take pride in our family business, so we try our best to treat you like part of our family. We hope all of our customers are very happy with everything they have received from us. If not, we will do everything we can to make it right.
We need ID EVERY TIME you need any procedure performed. Acceptable ID's include a valid Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, State Non-Drivers License, Birth Certificate with photo ID. Temporary License with Photo ID.

Owner and Tattoo Artist
Scott has been Tattooing since 1989. He has won 11 trophies with his artwork. To include 1st place at Am-Jam 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2009 and won 1st place at Bama Fest 2009. If you need something new or something covered up, Scott is your man, but book early because he is always booked up.....

Owner and Piercing Artist
Lori has been piercing since 2001 and can pierce just about anything, and has done so. Not only does she have over 20 years of experience she also has become an exceptional teacher and also manages the whole facility.

PIERCING
PIERCING POLICIES
We ask that you come in between the hours of 10am - 6pm to get a piercing. If you need to come in after 6pm, you need to make arrangements with the piercer first. We ask that you be drug and alcohol-free, and to have had a meal within 4 hours. We pierce those 18+ with valid photo ID. If you are under the age of 18, please contact the shop for proper age requirements and or consent.

PARENTAL CONSENT

In order to pierce a minor, we will need their birth certificate; with the parents names on the birth certificate; showing photo, name and birth date (see below list), as well as that of the adult signing for them. Only parents or legal guardians can sign for a minor.

In the event of different last names, addresses, etc., we will need paperwork proving legal custody. This can include court papers, change of name forms, birth certificates, insurance cards with both names, or school transcripts or medical bills including the minor's name but addressed to the guardian.
